Interests: Pilates, Sailing, Kite Surfing, Triathlons, Mountain Biking, Adventure Racing & generally just living life on the edge to the EXTREME!
Issues: Endometriosis, IBS, patella cartilage lesion, severe lumbar instability,
 scapulo-humeral dyskinesis, chronic whiplash and global hyper-mobility.

Bachelor of Business Studies (Management & Entrepreneurship)

Certificate of Advanced Personal Training (currently studying)

Interests: Cooking & Baking - especially Low Fodmap, Fitness & High Intensity Work Outs, Horse riding, Boxing, Fashion. 

Issues: IBS, anxiety, tight hip flexors and reduced hip mobility due to underactive glutes and core. Scapulo-humeral dyskinesis.

Welcome to our page! We are cousins & best friends with a very different set of skills, but very similar experiences and a shared desire to help people thrive in life! Far too often, we see people living in pain, struggling with their weight, or experiencing stomach problems on a day-to-day basis. We are far from perfect, and we feel that is our greatest strength.
We also have very different weekly routines, but both manage to get fantastic results - illustrating the fact that wellness & fitness is not at all a "one size fits all" and it's all about finding YOUR trigger and what works for you.
We have dedicated our lives to health, fitness and well-being and and the same time manage a whole lot of issues along the way.

They say the best qualifications are experience & between us, we have an abundance of that!
And we aren't the only ones - we speak to so many people who spend thousands of dollars on treatment and advice but struggle to find a way to truly manage their issues. 
We aim to inspire, and hopefully help something "click" for you with the various topics we cover - from causes of aches & pains, practicing great form, exercise ideas, healthy recipes & tips for living a balanced lifestyle,
